Refund policy


If you're not totally in love with your purchase, we're happy to accept a return as long as it qualifies and adheres to our return policy. Return requests must be made within 7 days from date of delivery. Please read below to understand our full return policy.

Email info@thirdeyearchive.com to start a return request and be sure to include your NAME, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER AND ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER.

Third Eye Archive offers three return options:

  • Return for Refund
  • Return for Third Eye Credit
  • Final Sale

Return For Refund

Most items are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.

  • A restocking fee of 20% of the item price (excluding tax and shipping), capped at $100, will be deducted from all refunds
  • The fee is fully waived if the whole return value goes towards another piece/pieces of equal or greater value.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable
  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs

We process refunds back to original form of payment within 14 business days after your return is approved.

If you receive the wrong item, an item that is damaged or materially different from its listing, or an item that is proven to be inauthentic by an independent authenticator, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and the restock fee will be waived and we'll cover the return shipping cost.

Return For Third Eye Credit

Under certain circumstances, exceptions and courtesies will be made for returns outside of our policy. Those exceptions will be refunded via Third Eye Credit.

  • You will receive 100% of the item value (excluding shipping)
  • Your balance can be used for another purchase within 12 months
  • Any remaining balance stays available for future use within that 12 months
  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs

This allows you to select another piece from our collection without losing value. Read more about Third Eye Credit below.

Final Sale

Some items are not eligible for return.

Items are final sale if:

  • Indicated as final sale on the product page
  • Purchased using Third Eye Credit
  • Original tags have been removed, items have been used, worn beyond a brief try-on, washed, altered, returned with odor, perfumes, staining and/or defects not present at last inspection before shipping. Decision will be made at our sole discretion. 


About Third Eye Credit:

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date issued
  • Can be used across multiple purchases
  • Cannot be withdrawn or refunded for cash
  • Items purchased using Third Eye Credit are final sale
  • Credit issuance will be made at our sole discretion
